Delivery Times

Delivery is normally within 5-7 working days from the point your order is processed.

Working days do not usually include weekends or bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, we will process it as quickly as possible. Please make sure your delivery details are correct before submitting your order, as incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery.

If there is an issue with your order details, we may need to contact you before your order can be completed.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to get your order to you within the stated delivery timeframe, delays can occasionally happen.

KORE Gymwear is not responsible for delays caused by delivery carriers, incorrect delivery information, severe weather, bank holidays, stock delays, or events outside our control.

Delivery Address

Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to make sure the address entered is accurate and complete.

If you realise your delivery details are incorrect after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact page. We cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed once an order has been processed.

Missing or Delayed Orders

Damaged Parcels
